Newport Hospital Emergency Department
The design team wanted to use something to light the space that wouldn’t be directly in patients eyes as they were brought through corridors. By using the LINI R XL from KKDC, we were able to recess the product into the soffit surrounding the nurses area, providing appropriate light levels and keeping the space comfortable for patients at the same time. In the nurses station, the Lumenwerx Reven direct/indirect pendant with a batwing distribution provides adequate task light levels for staff, while maintaining visual comfort.
